Ingredients
1/2 Orange
1/2 Tbsp of cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of sugar
1 Tommy Knocker’s Beer (my personal fav was the Maple Nut Brown)
Steps

Find a circular dish, such as a bowl or high rimmed plate, squeeze the half of the Orange onto the plate so it coats the entire bottom of the plate.

In a similar plate, mix the cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar together so that the parts are well incorporated and coat the bottom of the plate.

Take the empty glass, and turn it rim side down on the plate, making circular motions until the rim is coated in the orange.

Repeat in the cinnamon/nutmeg/sugar plate, doing so until the rim of the glass is well coated with the spices

Pour the beer against the side of the glass, pouring slowly to make sure the foam head doesn’t overflow the glass and take some of the spices with it

Chill the glass in the freezer overnight and pour extra slowly so that the beer is almost ice-cold
